Daniel Lopez was very helpful. I told Daniel I will never buy a Toyota again after only buying Toyota’s from Longo, because they started selling cars without spare tires and not telling you that. They told me it was to get better mileage out of the car. I told them you should have given us the choice, more mileage or spare tire, I guarantee you, every customer would have taken the tire. Whoever came up with this idea cost Toyota a lot of customers.

I was advised that the recall on my car would be taken care of on this trip to Longo. So I made the trip to Longo which is around a 30 mile one way trip. About two hours after I left the dealership I was called and told the recall part was unavailable. The same thing happened about a year ago on another recall. It is frustrating to be told something would take place and then it isn’t. So it means another 60 miles round trip for the inability of the service department and the parts department to keep each other informed. Next time when there is a recall the part should be in stock
