Waiting for a call back today August 14th regarding windshield cover that was not in my Rav4 upon pick up. Also was not informed at time of pick up.that carpets were very wet. Placed mats down and realized later that carpet is veryyy wet still. Picked up August 13gh after 5pm. Called and left voice mail Saturday August 14 11am. Follow up call at 219pm, spoke with Jenny who said she would email service adviser.
