I requested pick up time at a certain hour and received a text 3 hr before the requested time. I told then it was not time yet to please return at the requested time and again they showed up about 35 min earlier which i felt pressured to leave work early. That you for the shuttle service but please dont pressure people just because shuttle personnel can wait around so long.

It was ridiculous how high the cost to solve the issue for my leaking windshield reservoir, I buy new car to avoid high cost fixing, he quoted me 400-500 to fix issue. This an example why consumers don't trust service dealers. Very small issue at high cost. It looks like the small hose is broken, but he said that the service people could not find where the leaking was coming from, lies. Also in had a coupon for 45 dollars that I had done a self image to bring to dealer, he could not find that service discount, he didn't believe that I had gotten coupon from your service website. Will never bring my car here again, will also share on yelp my service experience. He didn't even offer any free consieur services. He said my car would be out by 12:30 when I make an appointment at 9:15am. That's ridiculous. Don't trust your service and his quotes on fixing a small issue. :(
