Elizabeth was great. My only problem with Longo is it takes soon long to get my truck serviced. I arrived at 9:30 and did not get my car back for over 4 hours. The service was for 15000 mile service. It turned out I needed a new tire. Even with the new tire, I don’t think it should take that long. I will not be bring my truck back to Longo. Even free it is not worth the long wait.

Very bad, and his manager is the bad, all bad, and liar, but the malfunction code P1604 using OBD scan tool which has shown before isn’t show now. However their service attitude is very very bad, and not honest. And the Susan, the customer service who talk to me today are very bad too after talk to the liar server manager. That’s all. However I am not consern the vehicle problem now. Don’t need contact me, I just leave the complaint, and let you know how bad those unhonest service man, if want to know detail, ask Susan, I don’t want to talk my long story again. No matter who is right, that doesn’t matter anymore.
