It was the worse experience I've ever had with a dealership. This is nothing to do with Monte, or David Tieu. The over all process fail me. I had an appointment at 7:45am and was there till about 1pm. First I was called at about 10:15ish am saying my car was ready and it will he just 20 minutes till the paper work is done.i waited over an hour. After I called David and asked if there was a problem, he called the office only to find out my paper work was just sitting there. Next after getting called up to get my car I was asked to pay an almost $500 bill which should have been taken care of by warranty. The lady could not get ahold of anyone to release my car until I called David again. Was finally given my paper work and checked in with the with the guy in the front. After waiting alittle while I started to notice people the checked in way after me were getting their car before me. Continued to wait but my car never came. I lined up again and talked to the guy. Turns out my car was never put on the list to bring up. Went inside to the front desk and asked for a number or an email to talk to a manager. Was just given the general service number. Called once I got home and the operator was not able to get ahold of anyone after waiting 15 minutes on the phone. Can't say your number 1 when you don't want to talk to customers.

I made an appointment to make sure J did not have to spend the whole day waiting’! The appointment was plan to report for a defected roof top that is getting worse as time goes by ! My appointment was at 93@ am and it was close to 3 pm when the car was deliver The collision center closedown at 2 pm and was not able to solve the problem ! I don’t live in the area and can’t spend all day waiting and the main problem was not resolved ! When I bought the truck I was in and out it took one hour ! I expect the problem can be solve ASAP ! And J am not spending all day waiting ! Thx

I had an appointment to fix my airbags due to a recall and it still took too long I had to ask two or three people for assistance. When I was called to pick up my car I still had too wait 15 more minutes because my paperwork wasn't completed. Out of courtesy I was told my car would be washed and it wasn't so I had to wait again, was not very happy.
