No issues with my service rep. However, when I arrived I received a text from Longo, and I thought I would get a text or call when my car was ready. I didn’t receive a text til 15 min after my name was called on the overhead. Then when I went to the cashier, I was told my service was $0. I thought great...but turns out the “billing department” made a mistake. I had to wait longer for the issue to be corrected and get a new statement. The cashier told me I had no coupons or discount and asked me if I had AAA, when I had already provided a copy of my card to the service rep. Also right before I arrived when I called to ask about the wait time for a walk in, I was told you don’t give time estimates over the phone and I would have to come in. I thought that was pretty ridiculous...because obviously if the wait was very long and I had to drive to longo only to find that out, I would be very inconvenienced. Thankfully the wait was not bad...but I think a policy of not providing wait time for walk ins over the phone is poor service.
