I felt very comfortable waiting for my service to be completed. The design of the guest area is a the best! My service was completed before could finish my 2 mile walk in the car lot. Thank you for a satisfying experience.

When I left longo Toyota, the man handing my van to me didn’t tell me where my key is. I didn’t pay attention to it either because my van already been started and ready to drive . I was not satisfied because Danny couldn’t tell me where they put my car key on the phone. I already left longgo Toyota for a few miles . Therefore. I had to go back again to let someone from longo Toyota find it physically for me. So I was late to pick up my son and take him to doctor’s office.
