It wasn’t my service representative but when I asked the gentleman that delivered my car to the reception desk if had been washed - he said yes and it truly had not. My door keeps making same noise i was advised that all cars do the same noise from the door. I check other rav4s at another dealer and they dont make the same noise.breaks still make squiky noise . Was told that if they cant Re-create the same noise toyota care wont pay for my car to get fix . Total disappointment

Crystal Ruano was excellent in her customer service. She was very effective in the urgency I had for the tires I bought at Longo Toyota in El Monte , CA. The tires seem defective due to the many times they need to be filled with air. I say this because I have not experienced this with other tires I've had. I worry about having a grand accident ??Because I travel a lot on the freeway ! If I keep experiencing the low air in the tires Longo Toyota will have some explaining to do. Sincerely Rosemary J
