More detailed explanation of multi point inspection at write up, i’m In the auto business with a manufacturer and asked him questions about it, which he answered. I felt he should have gone over it in more then I would not have asked questions. Very good progress update, Did not let me know what the warranty is on the cabin filter

Hello - I’m typically extremely happy with services provided by Longo Toyota however today my expectations were not met. I came in for a detailed service, when I made the appt. I asked how long would this take and was advised 3-4 hours, the service took 7 hours. In addition the drivers door was not waxed, there is a clear distinction between the areas that are waxed and not. There were also finger smudges on the side view mirror. As I inspected the car at pick up and rubbed off dirt and or wax I was asked if there was an issue, I said yes, I am wiping off marks on my car and I just had a detail so I’m wondering how clean the car actually is but the representative just said ok. Lastly, upon review of the invoice I noticed that the service was actually $179 vs. the $199 advertised online, I used the $159 special assuming I was getting a deal saving $40 when I was only saving $20 not as a great of a value/deal as advertised.

I just think the wait time is too long. 4 hours and 15 minutes is too long for a 5k service.
