Biagio was wonderful throughout my experience. He was very thorough and explained everything that was going to be performed or possibly done with my vehicle. I hope to have him again as my service manager. There was some confusion regarding the battery but I feel that was with the desk of where you pick your vehicle up at.

A lot of mis communication for just getting two new keys and getting them cut. Their was a wait as we were told our information had to be sent to Japan and OK'd for them to send back specifications to cut the keys. It took a little long it seemed although we were told it could take up to two hours, but their was some run around due to the keys being entered into the job log as a car being serviced and we were called saying that our car was ready for pick up, when all we needed was two new keys for a 06 Toyota Avalon and have them cut as they will be programmed at another shop. It was fun though.

I was told that one of the tires had an irreparable puncture and that they recommended replacing it; the cost would be $256. I was not able to reach Johan to discuss this further to get more information and so I decided that I would take care of it on my own. Neither did the vehicle report did not indicate which tire was damaged - the front desk had to call Johan and we were told it was the left rear tire. I took the vehicle to Costco and they checked that tire twice and did not find any evidence of damage to the tire; in fact they did me the courtesy of checking the three other tires (which I had purchased from Longo) and didn’t find the purported puncture. In addition to wasting three hours of my time at Costco, their time in checking for a puncture that wasn’t there, I no longer trust the service that you provide. I also had my front wheels aligned at the recommendation of your rep, Matthew. I asked for a report of what the alignment was before the service, but did not receive it until several days later after a couple of repeated phone calls. I got the sense that I had been duped into getting this service perfomred that was completely unnecessary. I no longer trust your services and will look for another place to service my vehicle. I will also be sharing my disappointing experience with friends and family as well.
