I would like to start by stating very clearly that Neil Polzin displayed the utmost respect, transparency, and service that surpassed every experience I've ever had with buying a car. For having spent 6 hours at the dealership picking out a car and filling out the paperwork he made it seamless. I like most people have an aversion to car dealerships because of the "car salesman" stereotypes that typically prove all too true. Neil was so patient and understanding and knowledgeable through every step of the process. He completely changed my mind and created a stellar experience. As well as Louis in the financial department, who was an absolute pleasure to to work with. That being said, Someone needs to address the service and the collision department. I live in riverside which is very far but my wife had bought a car from Neil before and wisely recommended him. We didn't even have the car a day before we had to bring it back because of some minor bumper damage that was overlooked. Which would have upset me more but Neil again handled it seamlessly. When I went to pick the car up after being without it for about a week. I drive all the way back to El Monte from Riverside only to turn on my car and see error messages lighting up on my dash. Now when I was told to pick up my car I was informed by Javier that it had been sitting since 2pm the previous day. That means someone didn't do their job and made me waste my time and gas in the rental you provided only to be put right back in that rental because my brand new car that I purchased (because of the gas milage it would save vs. the truck I traded it in for and now wasn't getting to utilize even though I'd sure be paying for it on my car payment) wasn't properly inspected. I can't tell you how confusing it felt to spend so much time at your dealership that boasts numerous prestigious awards hanging proudly in your lobbies only to have such a terrible experience from departments that work directly on the vehicles. Especially considering you offer warranties to cover the vehicles you sell. It doesn't make me confident that if I brought my car in for service or repair that you would supply competent and thorough employees to complete the work.

I have never been more dissatisfied with the level of "service" provided by Longo. We brought our vehicle in to have a noise diagnosed when braking at slow speed in either forward or reverse gear. Roy Wu insisted that the cause was aftermarket brake pads and the only remedy was brake replacement for all four wheels. It was only after pressing him several times that he admitted that the noise was not heard by the mechanic. How is it possible then to suggest a front and rear brake job to fix a noise they could not diagnose? This is just another example of why Longo has just lost my business.
