I'm not sure if a car wash is an automatic courtesy or I need to ask/ pay for one. I was promised a car wash & I received my truck without it. Next time they shouldn't be promising something they can't deliver. My previous advisor always washed my truck without me requesting it. Should I be requesting a wash at the time of service? Please advice.
