My first service experience with Toyota care with Longo and While I saw other cars finished with a car wash, I didn’t get one. Very disappointed and will go elsewhere in the future.

Noli was very helpful from start to finish. He made sure to keep me informed of the services that they were providing. He also called me to let me know that my tires had a nail and that they were going to replace it and not to worry. He had called to let me know that my car was ready but he also went inside the waiting room to notify me of everything they did which was much appreciated. He was very polite. Great guy! Thanks Noli for being so helpful! He gets a 10 for providing great customer service!

Very professional and courteous! However, I'm not sure whose line is it anyways, but I requested a complimentary car wash and he agreed to honor it but it was not washed when I was called to pick it up. Other than that; swrviuce was great.
