I want to Thank Noli Evangelista for helping me during my visit at Longo, I explained the Issue with my Highlander and he quickly took care of my needs and provided me with a Rental. I requested shuttle service but realized I left my keys in the car and they had already taken my car away. I went to concierge and they told me to go outside to the person in the red booth. I waited in line and told him I needed to get my key back he (his name was Joseph) said that their busy now and I would have to wait 15 minutes. I said ok so you need my paperwork he said no, 15 minutes later I’m still waiting and he doesn’t acknowledge me but talks to 4 other people who aren’t doing anything (I thought they were busy). I decided to just go back to concierge and cancel the shuttle service since I’ve been waiting so long unacknowledged they just sorry but didn’t care to do anything. After waiting 3 hours my service advisor calls and said my car is ready I told him about my incident he just said sorry but didn’t do anything. I got my car paperwork and there 4 notes on recommendations that needed work not once did the service advisor ever mention this to me. On the paperwork it says i declined which is not true because he never even told me about it, if he did I would of gotten those recommendations handled as well. Worst service ever I’m never coming back.

1) It took over one week to complete work on vehicle yet no more than two days of rental coverage was offered. No reservation was submitted to Enterprise-Rent-A-Car even though it was discussed with two members of the service team. Finally, the second day of rental coverage was offered by one team member but not communicated to the member assigned to my vehicle.
2) Apparently, my vehicle was eligible for a "mature vehicle discount" that was not communicated to me by anyone on the service team. Dora Castillo, a cashier, informed me of (and applied) the discount. Castillo is the saving grace of my worst experience with a vehicle service department.
3) According to an ERAC representative, the additional (second) day of rental coverage had to be approved by a service advisor and that a revised invoice reflecting the credit would be emailed to me. Three days later, I have not received that invoice.
