I was disappointed with the 59 minute oil service it took longer than the time I was given and that was with an appointment.

He failed to mention suggestions that the mechanic had made for my car to have a better and safer driving experience. If I had known I would have been more comfortable having them done. Also some yellow checkmarks on your sheet are something the driver should be aware before picking up their car.

My sense is the focus is on customer service rather than quality mechanical work. Car’ received 25k service, filter replaced, glove compartment exterior left greasy and filthy, AND the air conditioning fan was making noises it never had. ..very loud fan noise. I literally drove the car from pickup back to adviser and the issues were addressed, but the excuses we’re simply lame. Actually bullshitters quite honestly. Whomever serviced the car is lazy and not qualified.

Your computer system recommended that the Engine and Inverter coolant was due for replacement. After getting the car back and looking at the manual, only the Engine coolant is recommended at 100,000 miles.The Inverter coolant is recommended at 150,000 miles, not 100,000 miles. So I overspent for this 100,000 mile service.
