I had complained about the screechy / croaky brake noise during the 15K service and again for this 20K service. However, in both instances, Longo stated that there was nothing wrong with the brakes. I had offered to drive the car with the technician but was denied the opportunity. The noise is still present.

Overall the experience was satisfactory. The wait was entirely too long for the work we had done. Granted I know I didn't make an appointment but close to a 7 hour wait for an oil change and front/back brake job is unreasonable and inefficient. I've taken my vehicle to this location ever since I purchased it in 2014 and have always been more than satisfied even though this isn't the first time I didn't make an appointment. Although we had the above mentioned issues, your customer service is still impeccable.
