Service advisor was helpful and friendly. No problem with that. However, there was a scratch along the length of the side of the car which is currently being investigated by your management. Other than that, the service itself was fine.

The Toyota care service was great except when I picked up my car. I had my car detailed at the same time. Upon car pick up, I noticed my floor mats were missing. The car delivery person was more interested in leaving and needs to be trained in customer service. He seemed like he was in a rush to leave. I had to call out to him. I looked in the trunk and there it was. I had my daughter help me put it in. Floor mats should be installed prior to car delivery to owner. Thanks. That’s all.
