Don't know whose fault it is, but second visit, both with appointment, both there on time or earlier and both times waited more than 20 minutes before talking with service advisor. Both times, sorry we are busy is a BS answer. Figure it out. An appointment means you gave an appointment. Either make fewer appointments at each time or more advisors handling appointments, etc. It can't be that difficult. Figure it out. I have 2 more years of required service on my Mirai. Then you can have it back and we will go our separate ways.

Ryan was helpful. There are two dissatisfactions I would like to address. One, the quote I received was not fully descriptive as to what was needed to be done. Two, and this may be addressed to Toyota’s financial department, is the ridiculous high price of a piece of plastic, $262, totally unacceptable. It makes me wonder if it’s worth buying another Prius or stay with a conventional American vehicle.

What stands out about Jonathan is his sincere care for the customer. I usually prefer not to take my car to the dealership for oil changes but his level of service made it an easy in and out. He offered the shuttle service back to my house and even drove me to my car at the service lot when I forgot to retrieve my briefcase.
