Monte provided excellent customer service, he answered several questions and helped me sync/update my contacts list from my phone that hadn’t been updated since I bought my Prius in 2013. He assisted me in rushing the service as I had scheduled a medical appointment too soon.
The only thing that I regret was I was not able to extend the Toyota Care service warranty. I would be hopeful that Longo service management would be able to provide assistance on this request. I am retired and on a fixed income and an extension of this service would greatly benefit my situation.
