I was disappointed when I called to follow up about my car I was calling all day and never got a phone call returned until, I finally called the main service department and finally transferred me over where he was at. Another thing I feel that my car was misdiagnosised. I believe that because I had asked if a certain service was done and I was told it wasn’t required because it was at full. But how do they know it was full if the test was never done? The reason I know is because my father was a mechanic for the collision department for a very long time for longo and he guided me to ask the certain question and to see if the proper test were done. And when I told the advisor, he asked why I didn’t take it to my dad, which was none of his business. Which the reason was for health issues. I really didn’t processes the conversation until I got home. I felt my questions were dismissed instead of explaining the reason why I may be wrong by considering it being a misdiagnosis.
