Had routine brake inspection along with other service. Brakes where completely fine and now they squeak. They were not making any noise prior to having service. I am very frustrated. Now I am without a car for day two and very worried about my brake system. I paid money for my car to be damaged, it’s ridiculous!

The service writer was just ok. I’ve had better in the past. My complaint is with the cashier named Dora who was very rude and made remarks that were offensive and inappropriate. I had to file a complaint with guest services partly because there were no managers around. I’m not sure if anything is going to be done about this. I’ve been a long time customer going back to 2000 and don’t appreciate this kind of treatment. Overall a very unpleasant experience

My service writer Ryan is the best. When my truck was delivered to me you took the driver side mat off. It's a very heavy truck mat, it does not move. I have not looked to see that when he threw the mat in the back if there's dirt from the mat in the back of the truck now
