Service manager (Jason) was great. It was the check out process that was terrible. Apparently, my car was ready so I went to get my paperwork and was told my car would be out in a few minutes. Well, a few minutes turned into about 1/2 an hour because they couldn't find my car even though my paperwork was done and my name was called. Then, someone came back from looking for my car and said it was still being worked on. Long story short, another person went to find my car and said it was sitting there so he drove it over. It also wasn't washed after I was told it would be. Terrible experience!!! Longo Toyota used to be better. I don't know what happened...

I was frustrated with my experience after I left Longo. I was told a hitch would be installed on my car per my lease contract. But the service man Daniel informed me I could not have a wire harness installed with my hitch because it was not included on the paperwork. It's very frustrating to pay an additional 1000.00 just to find out I could use my trailer with the hitch installed by Toyota. I was not told that the hitch I paid extra to be installed on my car would be unusable with my trailer. I'm very dissatisfied with the whole situation and hope something can be resolved.
