1. Pricing didn’t match with what was discussed on the phone. I was told it would be about $95 and ended up paying $165 for an oil change.
2. I mentioned that I needed an antenna 2 times prior to the appointment and you guys still didn’t know anything about my antenna before I showed up. And didn’t have a price for it.
3. He tried to sale me and on a cabin air filter for $160. This is like $10 at pepboys, which didn’t make sense to me.
4. I went to pick up the truck and was told I could get a 10% off deal if I was a AAA member. I mentioned my wife was one. And they said that she needed to be there for me to be able to use it. Why is that? Why can’t I just show her card with a picture of her ID?
Overall I was just annoyed you guys didn’t know about the antenna and the pricing didn’t seem fair and I felt taken advantage of.
