My vehicle was brought out after two others called after me. When I asked for my keys, the bearded driver only said "they are there" not explaining that they were in the door handle. I has to search for a few minutes to find them. And then my vehicle was not washed as promised. I was originally told an oil change was not needed but paperwork said it was changed.

I am 100% satisfied with Carlos just not with Alex Ayala. Alex tried to sell me 1) oil change 2) filter and 3) tires rotation for $189.00. When asked to breakout costs, he resorted to extortion and had the staff moved my Car aside bc at 7:45am, my car would not be serviced if “I do not want to pay, without showing me breakdown of the costs. I cannot and still cannot believed I experience extortion at Longo Toyota.

Service was great . But when they brought my car out. , it was all wet . When I ask the driver , are you going to dry it . He said no . We just run them through a wash machine and bring it to the costumers. That is very bad service that is how you damage your paint job on your car.??????????????????????????
