I came for the last time of service for Toyota care program. By default, there should be at no charge like the other times that I came. If there is a recommended service, a detailed explanation need to be said, so as a customer I would make my decision. Before signing the paper, there was also no walk thru of each service that would be done. It was just in a fast pace of asking me to sign the paper.

I took my car RAF 4 for 30,000 mile mantainace
I only had the car for 5 months I bought it used
Certified it had 28,000 miles on it I only driven car
under 2,000 miles and they told me my battery
Was not charging and that I needed to replace it
And that I had to pay for the battery that was bad
When the car was sold to me I don’t think i should
Pay for the battery I had the car for 5 months I
Have bought 3 cars from longo never had a problem
But believe that they should have replace my battery
Since I had only driven the car under 2,000 miles
