Steven was so helpful and professional. I had a problem that I thought required a new battery. It turned out it wasn't a battery problem. He kept me updated as to the status of the real cause of the problem and repair. I was very pleased how quickly my car service snd battery problem correction was done. I will ask for Steve to be my service rep in the future. I have been a Longo customer since 1994. The place is always clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The remodeling makes getting service even better.

Alex was courteous and listened to me while I explained my problem. The check engine light was own. He reviewed a few reasons why that might be. He then named the services that would likely remedy the problem. Knowing that I traveled from LA because I like the level of service I receive at Longo he later suggested other services based on the mechanic’s findings.
I left confident that my vehicle received excellent care.When Alex finished his day he put me into the hands of a fellow tech but sorry I don’t recall his name.this gentleman completed the process and was professional also.
