Roy was helpful and nice. The problem was after he let me know to go to the service cashier, it took 35 minutes to get my car brought up to me. Meanwhile, everyone who came after received their cars and left. It was very frustrating. When I finally got my car, I noticed the “check engine” light was still on, which i would have asked them to turn off except I didn’t have time to stay since my car took so long to come out. Now I have to take time out of my schedule another day and bring it back to have the light turned off. I’m wondering what else wasn’t done while my car was in service.
