I most greatly appreciate Andrew Villanueva’s excellent guest service that he provided to me. It was a quick and easy process leaving me satisfied with how my vehicle was returned so well to me. The customer service at the vehicle pick up fepent could ne improved in the area of efficientcy. Joseph Perez offered terrific cuatomer seevicw amd calld me at 10:07 am to adviseee that my name would be called soon. 15ins passed amd nothing, i had tp go to the deak for vechicle pickup ans saw that my documenta had already been faxed over amd juat sitting there unattended. 50 MINUTES LATER i had to let them know that people that came much after me had received tbeir car. Tbey called it an accidemt ovet the radio. NEVER was any error acknowledged by that dept.
