Your agents were fantastic. They were courteous but it just took too long to get my car serviced. I had a 10:30am appointment and I didn’t get my car until after 6:00pm. There was also a rattling sound coming from under the hood when I was driving home. It sounded as if a screw was left on top of the engine. After a while the rattling stopped

Excellent customer service from beginning to the end. One recommendation, waiting two hours for an oil change and tire rotation is too long. A shorter wait time would have been perfect. I ended up using most of my Saturday afternoon waiting for an oil change.

When we brought our car in for service, we mentioned there was an oil leak since the last service. You guys said that you would get it checked by your head mechanic. When we were called that our car was ready, we were told that there was no leak. My husband picked up the car and drove it home. My husband double checked the car and indeed there was an oil leak. My husband had to drive back to longo and were told we would have to get a rental because the service department was closed. We are upset that this was not taken care of. It is such a hassle for us to be driving back and forth. If this issue was taken care carefully the first time, we wouldn’t be this upset.
