My good friend, Vince Lotilla, who I was trying to get my service through was unavailable. He recommended I go and meet with Mr. Roy Wu and I couldn’t have been happier. Mr. Wu did an excellent job not trying to force all these things I didn’t think was necessary. He took excellent care of my car and I. Incredibly helpful and was able to get everything done in a timely manner.
