Alexander was great! He kept me posted on the status of my car's repair. He was very personable. My car's alarm was having issues (flashing for no reason) before coming to Toyota and I asked Alexander and he was able to fix it on the spot for me.

Mandi definetly went above and beyond in taking care of my truck. I requested a car wash but unfortunately the machine was down, but mandi tried her best to try and manually take care of the truck. I have never had anyone go that far to make sure I have a great experience. Both my self and sister were getting our cars serviced and my sister had a different agent, Nandi also communicated with her agent and kept my sister updated on her progress. Exceptional
