Mandi was extreamly helpful and diligent despite the foreman being rude and dismissive of my concerns and the service manager not addressing my issues like promised.

Longo toyora can not reenact the noise or sound when my car starts up so they couldn't work on it they dont know what is wrong with it but I'm gonna take it back once I get more videos of the issue.
