I am completely satisfied with the work done on the car, but I am not satisfied with the service. I spent a lot of time waiting. I waited 15 minutes for the service desk to check me in and then I waited over an HOUR for the shuttle to take me to my home. If I didn’t ask, I think I would have waited the whole time.
