I made an appointment for service which was estimated to take 1.5 hours. I arrived on time but was told it would be at least three hours but fine no later than 5:30. I was given a free rental car that had to be returned by 5. So I brought the car back on Tim and waited until 6:40 to get my car. Six hours is ridiculous. I’m pretty sure I was the next to last person to get my car.

Customer service of Ruby Woo was very good. Howevwr, The Time wait for the service of my car was not. It was almost a 5 hour wait and this was with an appointment. The service only entailed a mere oil change, Longo needs to work on the timeliness of service for those customers who take the time to schedule an appointment.
