I was very happy when I drove my car to Longo to have it fixed, on 03/22/18 when I put my car there from 9 am to about 2 pm, I was told that to pick up the car and the problem is fixed, when I get back the car and drove it on the road, I noticed that the sound when I brake the car was still there, the wheel was still shaking, so why told me my car was fixed and let me paid for that service. So I needed to make another appointment on 04/03/18 to have checked again, then I needed to pay for another service. If at the first time, the technician inspected and checked my car carefully, I don’t need to pay double, but this time I feel like I was cheated, even though the car had to be done for two times, the problem was not totally fixed.

My car still isn’t running properly. Killing me right now. Sounds like it’s ready to quit sometimes. And it rides like I don’t even have shocks any more. But you guys said it was good to go?? Guys were nice as ever but, is my car running properly? Not even a little bit.
