The service I came in for was done well. It was the damages to my vehicle while being washed. Jedediah did not come to me to inform me about the damages to my car, it was Matthew McCarthy who told me. Matthew said Jedediah would keep me updated. This happened March 16, I received 1 text saying work on my car is being done thank you for your patience. After the end of 2 weeks I called for a status. Jedediah didn’t answer his phone so I spoke to another associate. I explained I did not receive paperwork for the bodywork being done and want a status April 2@ 9:45am again April 3 he didn’t return my calls until 4:30pm. I’m an unhappy customer. I’ve bought 2 camrys and was going to my 3rd one after the sale of my car. The buyer for my car backed out of the sale because I couldn’t give him a date when the work would be completed. Longo is a little out of my way to go but I have always been happy with the service. If I should return to Longo service I do not want Jedediah to help me because he has no follow through in helping his customer.

Andrew was very helpful. He answered all my questions and made sure that all my vehicle concerns were addressed. I would have preferred that work on my vehicle was quicker but Andrew made sure I got a rental when it was clear that my vehicle will have to be left overnight. My vehicle was ready as soon as I came back the next day. All the other stafff members that I came in contact with were pleasant and helpful as well.

I was satisfied at the end. However, I did not understand why I was told I’d need to pay $130 to see why my check engine light was on. I told the service writer I would complain about this as I owned the car about 90 days. Went to the used car sales department to let them know I was unhappy, they took care of it and had the car read for no charge, and the gas cap replaced. I was happy, howevet, the beginning of the experience reminded me of why I don’t trust dealership service departments. It should not have been that I had to complain to be treated fairly. Thank you to the man at the used car sales department who stepped up for me, he understands service snd repeat customer value.

Took one hour to catch shuttle and leave longo. Otherwise satisfied with speed of service. Just wish Id’ve known it would only be one hour I wouldn’t have bothered with a shuttle.

Quality of customer service was great from all staff members.I arrived at 6:50 this morning and was received right away, did not have to wait till 7:00 am. Registration of car for service was smooth and quick, so quick that when I turned my head my car was on its way to the service bay. Your waiting room has so many amenities, like having availability to use computers, having a Starbucks right there is just great, courtesy donuts and a cup of coffee put me at ease, so much that I was able to do some work while waiting for my car. You have raised the bar in customer service experience.
