Alex was great he had knowledge and great service. My issue is with the detailing department. I had my truck serviced and detailed. After repairs were done the truck was sent over to get detailed, unfortunately the detailing was not as expected. I’ve had my truck detailed with Longo many times before. This may have been the worst. Engine bay and hood still looks dirty and not detailed like before.

Jedidiah was great! Always happy with Longo service till my last service, the new visor was installed and works properly, but the tech left dark finger prints on the headliner and the new visor, they are dark and the headliner and visor are light gray, wearing cotton gloves would be helpful. Thanks for the opportunity to give feedback.

This is only my second visit to Longo and I can honestly say Nestor was the best service representative I have had the pleasure of working with at any of the Toyota dealerships I have visited. He provided the best customer service and has a very nice personality. What I appreciated the most was that I didn’t feel pressured to get additional services, I told him what I was there for, he made one suggestion about my front lights and I accepted. I told him I know I have to repair my breaks and will do soon and he said ok perfect but didn’t try to sell any other service that my car didn’t need like I have experienced at other dealerships.. Thank you Nestor for being awesome!!!
