Joesph was super nice and attentive. My complaints are they said my vehicle was washed and came back NOT washed. This was my first service since I purchased my car and I was informed I needed a new air filter. My problem with this was I thought my car went through inspection before purchase. Why am I needing a filter so soon? I asked the cashier about this and instead of getting my question answered while I was there, told me to contact my sales person. I felt that these issues could have been handled a little more professional. I live in Chino so making the drive was timely and I feel like I didn’t get all that was promised.

The receipt provided at checkout is incorrect. I was provided with a different customer’s receipt. The checkout cashier couldn’t find my receipt which meant that someone took my receipt that has my address with my complete car information. I was not pleased when knowing that my information is at someone’s hand and could potentially be misused.
