Alex was really helpful. He told me about specials going on for recommended services and helped me get my recall work done on the same day so I didn’t have to come back another day. I drive from Glendale/ burbank to get my car serviced at Longo because of the great service.

Marissa was very good, very nice and patient.
The valet guys is a completely different story. I waited for my car for more than 30 minutes. There were customers who came after me and they got their cars before me. I was being patient because it was a very busy day but because of the valet guys, I was late to my next appointment. I hope this will not continue.
