I was told in writing that the battery post protectors needed to be replaced. On my invoice I was charged $4.99 for these protectors. When I got home I opened the hood to look for a leak that I was told that my engine had. I immediately noticed that the old battery protectors had been removed, but no new protectors were in place. I also noticed that the battery was very dirty. It makes me wonder was else was not done and I paid for. I have been going to Longo Toyota for 22 years, and this is my first bad experience with your service. Thank you.
