It has been my pleasure to get an assistance from Marissa with my continued Toyota care service which was done yesterday. Marissa was very accommodating to me & explained to me everything in detailed with the services that rendered with car. She was awesome & has been so nice until up to the time she gave me a call to informed that my car has already done with the services being rendered. The services was done so fast unexpectedly. Thanks for the services being rendered to me & I appreciate it. Hopefully in the near future I could receive some offers with great discount once my Toyota care has expired. You guys are great & I look forward to visit you again on my next service due.

Mandi would be the only reason I would return to Longo Toyota to have any service done. She was very nice and she was excited to be at work doing her job. She was awesome.
As far as the service, it was mediocre at best. I was there for a 50,000 service. It took quite a while, they didn't bother to run the vehicle through the car wash... just nothing special. Mandi's great attitude would be the only reason I would return.

I was waitlisted when I actually had scheduled an appointment service. I ended up waiting 3 hours when the person that helped me said it would take 1-1.5 hours. Also, just got an email that had informed me I missed my appointment when , in fact, I was actually there on Friday 060818 at 11:30 so it seems he did not even look up whether or not I had an appointment and assumed I was a walk in

Gregg Morgan has been my service advisor for a number of years. I always ask for him because she is always so courteous and gives me straight answers when I need repairs. I trust his suggestions for maintenance and repair of my car which I have been exceedingly fastidious about keeping the car in good running condition. He has a great team of mechanics to have kept the work done quickly and accurately so I don’t have to return to have Work re-done. I will continue to come back to logo as long as Gregg is there.
