My Service Representative Nestor, was very
helpful. I told him what service I thought I needed
which was maintainance and a ligh bulb on the
dash board. Nestor checked himself and found
that I wasn’t checking correctly so I didn’t need

I’ve waited for about 15 minutes in the service driveway awaiting for assistance. I see multiple employees walking around but I was never greeted. Ms. Avalos greeted me and assisted me with a genuine interaction. I was a little disappointed in the service but Ms. Avalos was able to make it a great experience. She took care of me from start to finish and that’s what customer service should look and sound like.

i wish it was explained to me about everything that would be checked on my car ahead of time. i was confused about that process. other than that it was the fastest my car has ever been looked at. very efficient.
