Yes Mr. Perez was very professional and handle the situation in a manner that made me believe Toyota was still number 1 in my list again.
Prior I had came for a visit ; a malfunction in my Camry; but I wasn’t treated in a welcoming matter.
Perez here change my perspective as soon as I drove in and spoke to him.
It was like he manage to understand and comprehend my needs for my vechile.
I believe he did his best to achieve a 100% Full profession effort.
Work ethic should be recognized and would like to say thanks to him.

My rep and I have already chatted. Nothing went right. I left and took my car with me because after 4 hours, Work had not been started in my car, and in the paperwork given to me, and my interaction with my Longo rep, the expectation was set that my car would be completed in less than 3!. I waited at Longo with this expectation, to find there was a mistake on Longos end and I should not have been quoted the time I was. I was not notified of this until I inquired why my car was not finished after 3.5 hours. No offer of a ride home was mde, I had to Request an Uber, and when the Uber was stuck in traffic, I ultimately decided to cancel the servicet and asked for my car back, since even by Now, the work had not started. I will not continue to give my business to Longo. I will take my car to another dealership for my toyota care maintenance and will absolutely proceed to get my next lease and all future car purchases, including my wife, kids and in laws at a different dealership.
