The only thing I was no happy with is that they left my windshield all sticky on the upper left hand corner due to the sticker that they removed.
They could have a least taken it of with some jot water or something. It looked very tacky and I was not happy with that. I'm upset that they did not have the decency to remove it or tell me they were not able to remove it.

I had a few issues with my starter a while back ago where I got stranded in a parking lot and Jimmie went above and beyond to make sure that my car was towed back to the dealer, my starter was fixed, and I was able to get home safely. Every since then he's continued to give amazing service every time I go in and always answers any questions I have and always keeps me updated with the status of my car.

I had appointment to activate my theft patrol. The paperwork was not in the system and I had to show proof I purchased it. Fortunately I had the purchased agreement with me but I still had to the finance department to obtain the paperwork but no one was there at 7:30 am. I also mentioned to her that I opened my glove department and found to packages of hole plugs that was not installed in my car when I purchased it two weeks ago. I also mentioned that there is a scratched on the driver side of the door. When I picked up my car hour later than promise. I had to ask clerk to inquire why the hole plug was not installed. They called Elizabeth and her response was the technician did not know how install them and that I had to make appointment for the hole plug and to buff out the scratch. The car only had 58 miles when I brought it in my service. I had VIP service when I purchased my car and nothing but problems when it came to service on my car. If this is how I am going to treat from now on, I will not be coming back here again. I did call Gracie Camba informed her of bad service experience.
