Ryan was great. Checked in with us while we were waiting for the service, seeing if needed anything and just make sure we were doing okay. Explain the service were well. Couldn’t ask for more.

I did not like that Alexander Ayala did not tell me about the recall on my car.Also when I signed the paperwork of the service I received it stated I refused the recall when clearly I didn't and they told me I had to call back and schedule another appointment. I went back to Alex and told him I wanted to do the recall service today since I was there he said I couldn't. Also said I couldn't do it on a weekend. So I made it for during the week. Very disappointed that nobody wanted to help me. Worst service ever and I have never going since I got my car.
