Gregg Morgan was awesome. He had excellent customer service skills and made me feel welcome. Offered me coffee and water. This is my first time with Longo Toyota experience and I was very please with Greg’s professionalism. He helped me change my address in the system. Before I left he gave me his card just Incase I had a question I can call him. Sure enough I did have a question and called although he did not answer because I know he was busy I left a message and he called back in less than 5 min. Greg was awesome!!

I have never had anyone “recommend” so many unnecessary potential repairs. In addition, my sticker did oil change not 55,000 inspection. I pointed this out and I understand you can go 10,000 with the synthetic oils but I could have taken my car to my private mechanic (which I will now do) and had my oil changed. I think an oil change would do more for my car than hosing diwn the engine.

Marissa was amazing and extremely helpful, so my dissatisfaction is not directed at her. My service experience became bad when I tried to pick up my car, because the person I checked in with outside the vehicle pickup building repeatedly told me that my car was “just picked up” by one of the delivery guys and that “there were people ahead of me”. This was a complete lie because there were people who checked in after me and received their vehicles in a timely manner. There were times when I was the only person sitting there waiting for my vehicle. I had to make a call to Marissa (who was really helpful) in order for me to finally get my car. This was after waiting for more than half an hour. Without her help, I’m pretty sure I would have been kept waiting until closing time. I don’t think it was acceptable for the person at check-in to blatantly lie like that, especially since he was aware that I had been there for a prolonged period of time. Having bought multiple cars at Longo, I really expected better.
