I was told that the engine mounts were not damaged and that the sway link bars had only a pinhole leak and not to worry about it. After taking it to a different shop it was apparent that two engine mounts were visibly damaged and the Sway bar links joints were loose.
This doesn’t leave much confidence that the fuel injection cleaning and transmission fluid flush was done properly.

Handled task with profession & asked for my concerns regarding the recall work. Upon returning home the Times had another report regarding 2010 Prius that suddenly shut down. That is a frightening if that should occur. Do you have any further updates on this? To date, I haven't received any notification on it. According to the article, the repair may not resolve the issue? If litigation is still ongoing I'll understand you may not be allowed to comment; however, I am very concern!
