I’m disappointed with the service advisor that handled my problem. I came and explained my problem/ issue, I’m hearing a “thud noise” on my driver side door every time I roll down the window. He came back (for the second time) to me and telling me it was my vent visor and window tint, I told him that before I had the vent visor and window tint ( tint was installed at longo) that noise was already there. My disappointment is that he insisted it was those two things that make the noise that I’m hearing, even though I explained it to him over and over and still he insist. It’s like he’s not hearing me or completely “IGNORING” me.
