In explaining my problem to Gregg, he was able to follow along and wrote down my issue in an effective manner to which explained my issue the the Toyota tech. My problem was reasolved rather quickly, as I drove the Prius off the lot I noticed the difference. The problem was fixed. Additionally I can hear less road noise. This is why I pay the extra coin to get my Prius serviced by professionals.

Alex was great. Your valet not so good. I had to ask him where my new Foap was. Where was my car mat? Mind u all of this was IN the car but he did not bother to tell me that. I had two heavy briefcases to load in my SUV and my purse and he just walked away. The worst was as I was pulling out a Longo golf car crossed right in front of of me. I hadn’t seen it because there was a parked car to my left. Had I pulled out a bit earlier I would have hit him. The driver never even saw me. I broke hard and looked over to see the valets huddled at the check-in kiosk. They saw me, as the car jerked when I broke. . Not a word. A peep from them. Not good Longo. You run a large generally well run operation. To have my last contact with your business be an indifferent distracted impatient young valet is something u should look at. Dr. ALMA M
