The service advisor Jeffrey Tsao never
called me to inform me if my vehicle would be
finished at the promised time. I had to go to
cashier to find out whether my vehicle’s service
was completed. Stayed at Longo for about 5
hours when I probably only had to stay for 3
hours. The concierges and cashiers though
gave excellent service, especially Phillip Du.

They ordered a cable that was lose in my trunk. When they installed it they left my back pasanger seat very loose and now it lifts foward very easily and is not tight like the other side is. They fixed one thing and messed up another. Over all the customer service rep was a great help. However the mechanic was not careful in the handaling of my car.

Service took a lot longer then I anticipated. I was quoted 12 pm, I finally called at 1:45 pm for an update. I understand the work can get backed up, but I would have liked a notice before noon letting me know it was going to run a couple hours late. 5 hours seemed excessive for service.

Alec was great. He gave a realistic projection of how long the services would take and once he realized how inconvenienced I would be with the timetable, immediately rectified the situation in a satisfactory manner. Longo Toyota is not the most convenient location for me, but I continue to go back to them because the customer service by each and every team member has always been exceptional. Good job, everyone!
